The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave.
Come and connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers are especially welcome.
This evening opens our weekend workshop, but you can also come on the Friday only.

The whole property has benefited from considerable investment over the years; this means that users enjoy a clean, safe and comfortable environment. For people with physical difficulties, we have a fully accessible disabled toilet (with baby changing facilities) and a ramp for wheelchair access.
Parking for up to 15 vehicles is available; two of these spaces have EV charging points. We also have an adjacent field for parking or camping if larger groups are using the facilities – this needs to be booked in advance.
The village hall has a good sized, well equipped kitchen available for food and refreshments.

Andrew Holmes
Andrew has been teaching the 5 Rhythms for more than twenty-five years. He studied extensively with Gabrielle Roth, and runs workshops in many countries. He lives in Somerset with his partner Sharon.
